#3. I will take the necessary steps it takes to follow Habit 3. First, I will plan things out better by using my agenda more often. I usually would write my homework in there, but I think it would help more if I wrote out my daily schedule more. (25)
#4. A leader that demonstrates goof planning and organization would be my dad. My dad is an IT manager, so he needs to keep things organized not only for himself, but for other people too. If he isn't organized, things won't go right and he will get the blame for it. (20)

#2. Refer to the specific section, including page number(s), of the book that had a significant impact on how you think about life.
----The Common Ingredient of Success (10/10)
#3. Explain what in your life you will change to implement this habit and identify the steps you will take to make it happen.
---After reading this specific section, it was clearer than ever to me that life is not fair and I am the one that has to suck it up and do hard things if I want to reach my goals. Even when I don’t want to do things, I should use willpower and remember why I’m doing it.
---I want to change how I view my tasks each day and organize better in order to get them done. I won’t put off the harder things but get them out of the way right away. I will mark what days and times I will work on my tasks. I will refer to this section to remind myself of the rewards once prioritizing is firmly established in my mindset and actions. (23/25)
#4. Identify a leader that demonstrates this habit successfully. Give specific examples of why you feel this way.
---Kailash Satyarthi- He is currently fighting against child bonded labor (slavery) in India. He organizes marches and public meetings but most importantly his primary goal is to “raid and rescue”, saving children and rehabilitating them, some who have never known the taste of freedom. If he didn’t prioritize, by doing the most important thing first, he would be a hypocrite at the meetings he speaks at. He has had many threats to his life and his friends’ lives but he continues to push on, first saving children and then fighting to end slavery for good. I think he shows this habit because he clearly does what is most important (saving kids) first even though it is more dangerous and life threatening than speaking at meetings and raising awareness. #2. page 90- Talked about starting a mission statement. This is something that can help you through life and that can inspire you in all you do. It is something you write yourself as a guideline through life and that helps you go down the path you want to in life. These steps help let your mind wonder and set goals for yourself for the future.(10/10)
#3. Something in life that I will change is to really think before I act. I will look at the outcomes of my choices more thoroughly before I make that certain choice. Steps I will take to do this is first of all, make priorities for myself. I will set goals in order to help me in the future with where I want to go in life. I will start thinking before I act and set my own destiny.(25/25)
#4. A leader that demonstrates this habit successfully is my mom, Darlene Kocher. She always thinks before she acts and sets a good example for others on how to control your own destiny. She looks at her options in life. When she is making a choice, she doesn't act right away. She sets goals she wants to make in life and then begins to think of what the outcome could be. In the end, she makes the right choice that will get her farther in life. My mother respects herself and truly shows how to look into her future to see where her choices will take her.(20/20)

#3. I will try to not get stressed over the little things that I do today because these little things that don’t matter in the end are making me feel depressed. What I should focus my attention on is the big things in life. These include college, school, my future and family. I have a best friend who is there for me too so I should focus my attention to her, because she has been there with me through my little stresses. My family is major because no matter what is going on they love me and I know I can count on them for advice and anything that I need. My future is important to me because I want to go places in life I don’t want to be like everyone else. I want to travel the world and do things I love like working with fashion! Stressing about gossip and boys are something that is so easy to do but I’m going to think about what really matters when I get upset. (25)
#4. My best friend Angelyn Brown is a person that I think successfully demonstrates this habit. She is a person that I look up to for everything. Even though she is in high school and has to face the same stresses as anyone else, she has her future pretty much laid out for herself. She is involved with almost every club this school runs, works over the summer, and a secret job which I completely love that she can do all this on her own. She lives on a farm and shows her animals too. She is involved with so much and keeps her grades up. She motivates me to do things that I wouldn’t think of. I know that everything she does is for college and scholarships. It’s great though. Her hard work she puts in now will most definitely help her in the long run. (20)

#3 A lot of the time I find myself stressing about petty stuff and worrying about them too much. Instead of worrying so much on the little things I need to look at the big picture and focus on more important things like college and my career. In addition I have to also leave time out for myself to relax and have fun because these are the years that I can be a kid and enjoy life without all sorts of responsibilities. In order to make sure I’m setting time aside for myself I will come home and make a plan for what I’m going to do the rest of the night. When I do this I will make sure I put some down time in there and have fun. Another thing I will do is when I find myself getting stressed out I will tell myself to calm down and take a deep breath. (25)
#4 A leader that I feel does a good job at this habit is my dad. He works really hard every day but He always makes sure that he relaxes and takes time out for himself. You can tell when he’s had a really hard day and then I find him relaxing more because he knows he needs a break. Sometimes my dad will also do some projects around the house because he finds them relaxing. On the days he doesn’t feel like doing that we will rent a movie and watch one as a family of we will watch are TV shows that we like.(20)

#3. In order to implement this habit into my life, things in my life must change. In order for my life to improve, I must put first things first. I will pack more into my life. The most urgent and important things, I will do first, and then I will do the things that aren’t so important last. I will also plan the things in my life. Writing down things that have to get done will help me prioritize and do the most important things first. Also being strong in the hard moments will help me to easily be strong in the easy moments. Hopefully these step will help me to put first things first.(25)
#4someone who demonstrates this habit is Miranda Bosse. She is one of my closest friends and I she definitely puts first things first. She has a very busy life, and is involved in a lot of things. Being so busy, she has to prioritize her time to make sure that everything gets done. (20)

This page to me means alot of things but the greatest thing it means to me is taking control of your life. And keeping a more balanced life for your self and making it easier for your self. When you accomplish some thing like that you can accomplish a thing called high performance. Be a pick up planner not a procrastinator. Help your self become successful in life.
1 leader that demonstartes this ability is carey price. He is the montreal Canadiens Goaltender. They have been in last place for about half a season but he still seems to find a way to keep them in the game highly remarked at one of the best goalies in the nhl at this time many consider him to be there actual captain.
How i relate to this is i dont really have things prepared out of this im more of a procastinator than a planner im trying to better myself in that i plan ahead and not behind.
I feel i should get 100/100 i demonstarted all the nessary instructions to my full abality :)????

Also it talks about he sequoia trees and how if there werent two next to each other then they would just fall down. They hold each other up. (7/10)
